These works are protected under international copyright conventions, trademark laws, and intellectual property treaties.

A2 - Strict Prohibition of Unlicensed Usage

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, derivative creation, decompilation, or commercial exploitation of TOROMO GROUP assets without explicit prior written authorization constitutes a direct violation of civil and criminal law.

Notice: Infringement will result in immediate execution of Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices, platform bans, and aggressive pursuit of statutory damages through legal representation.

A3 - Permitted Fan Media & Exceptions

Non-commercial, transformative fan art, commentary, and standard video streaming of gameplay are generally permitted under fair use guidelines, provided such usage does not misrepresent official affiliation, misappropriate trademarked logos, or monetize proprietary audio tracks independently of the game environment.

B1 - Information Architecture & Scope

TOROMO GROUP ("we," "our," or "us") operates rumble.party and associated digital services. We adhere to stringent data minimization principles. We collect only structural telemetry and necessary metadata required to ensure network security, optimal server routing, and website rendering compatibility across diverse user configurations.

B2 - Automatically Harvested Technical Telemetry

Upon accessing our web infrastructure, automated logging protocols capture standard non-personally identifiable diagnostic parameters, including but not limited to: IP address routing, browser agent string, operating system architecture, resolution metrics, referral URLs, and session timestamp data.

B3 - Purpose of Processing

Collected telemetry is utilized strictly for system diagnostics, load balancing, mitigating Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) vectors, and analyzing aggregate user traffic patterns to improve web layout responsiveness and multimedia delivery speeds.

C1 - Financial Transactions via Shopify & Fulfillment Partners

Merchandise acquisition and financial checkouts hosted on rumble.party are processed securely through Shopify's integrated merchant architecture and third-party fulfillment partners. TOROMO GROUP never stores, logs, or processes raw credit card numbers, banking credentials, or sensitive billing details on internal company servers.

C2 - External Platform Links & APIs

Our ecosystem includes hyperlinks redirecting users to external third-party networks, including Roblox Corporation, YouTube, and X (Twitter). TOROMO GROUP assumes zero liability for the privacy practices, content moderation, or security protocols enforced by these independent corporate entities. Users are advised to review external terms independently.

C3 - Cookie Persistence & Local Storage Protocols

Our web applications may deploy standard session cookies, local storage tokens, and diagnostic caching markers to preserve user preferences (such as audio settings and layout themes). Users retain full authority to purge or disable cookies via individual browser configurations, though certain auxiliary UI features may experience transient degradation.

E2 - Limitation of Liability

All digital assets, pre-registration portals, and web services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TOROMO GROUP shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of system downtime, data corruption, or unauthorized asset utilization.

E3 - Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any legal disputes, copyright infractions, or contractual claims arising from or relating to the utilization of rumble.party shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable corporate jurisdiction laws, excluding conflict of law principles. All proceedings shall be conducted exclusively within designated legal venues.
